How do I get started?
Install the app. Add the app card to your deal view. Go to app card to find a "Billing" link to upgrade to a paid account. Better installation instructions can be found in our support docs (linked in the footer).
How do I pay?
Because we do everything through HubSpot, you first need to install the app before upgrading to a paid account. You should find a "Billing" link in the app card once you add it to deals.
How do I get support?
We recommend you first check out our support docs and if that doesn’t answer your question you can check out our contact page. Both are linked in the footer. On our contact page, you will find a chatbot or email to reach out to.
Why have a free tier?
The free tier is meant to give you a chance to try the app before you buy. We want you to be sure it’s a fit for your team before you pay.
Why are seats unlimited?
We do unlimited seats for two reasons. First, it would require me to create a login experience outside of HubSpot, which is against what we are trying to do. Second, we want people to buy knowing the price is locked in.
Why are deals unlimited?
The number of deals with blockers on them seems like a natural way to charge more for companies that extract more value from the tool. But we don’t want to create a situation where people are deleting old blockers to stay on a pricing tier.
